Once an order is successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, our team begins processing it as quickly as possible. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays, public holidays, and other non-working days. During periods of high demand, promotional events, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
After your order has been processed, it will be dispatched through one of our trusted courier and logistics partners. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the delivery location and courier network. Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Deliveries to remote, rural, or geographically challenging locations may require additional transit time.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable), along with a tracking number and courier details. You may use the tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment through the courier partner's tracking portal.
Vyron Wellness currently ships across India. We continuously strive to expand our delivery network; however, deliveries remain subject to service availability in your location. In the rare event that your address falls outside our courier partners' serviceable areas, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements or, if necessary, process a refund for the affected order.
Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping information at the time of placing an order. This includes the recipient's name, complete delivery address, postal code, contact number, and any additional information necessary for successful delivery. Vyron Wellness shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address details provided by the customer.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is completed. From time to time, Vyron Wellness may offer free shipping promotions based on order value, product categories, or special campaigns. Such promotional offers are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delivery dates provided on the website are estimates only and should not be considered guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, public holidays, customs or regulatory delays, strikes, technical issues, courier operational challenges, or other force majeure events. Vyron Wellness shall not be held liable for delays arising from such circumstances.
If the courier partner is unable to deliver the package after multiple delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, incorrect address details, or inability to contact the recipient, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply before the order can be dispatched again.
Customers are advised to inspect the package carefully at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, you should either refuse delivery or immediately report the issue to our customer support team. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or incomplete order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing your order number along with clear photographs or videos of the package and product. We will review the issue and take appropriate action in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Once an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided during checkout and acknowledged by the recipient or an authorized individual at the delivery location, the responsibility for the product transfers to the customer. Vyron Wellness shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after successful delivery.
Orders cannot usually be modified after they have been processed for dispatch. If you wish to change the delivery address, contact information, or other order details, please contact our customer support team immediately after placing your order. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once the order enters the shipping process.
In the event that an order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, or logistical considerations. Customers will not incur additional shipping charges for split shipments unless otherwise communicated.
Vyron Wellness reserves the right to delay, refuse, or cancel shipments where required by law, due to suspected fraudulent activity, payment verification issues, restrictions imposed by regulatory authorities, or any other circumstances that may compromise the safety, legality, or successful completion of the delivery.
