Due to the nature of wellness, healthcare, nutritional, and personal care products, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards. Therefore, products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or whose safety seal has been broken are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they are received in a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect condition.

Customers may request a return or replacement if they receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, expired, or different from the item ordered. Such requests must be raised within 48 hours of the delivery date by contacting our customer support team with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos showing the condition of the product and its packaging. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

All return requests are subject to verification by our quality assurance team. Vyron Wellness reserves the right to inspect the submitted evidence and determine whether the product qualifies for a return, replacement, or refund in accordance with this policy. We may request additional information if required to complete the verification process.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return process. Products approved for return must be sent back in their original packaging along with all accessories, labels, invoices, and any complimentary items received with the order. Returned products must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected by our team, we will process the applicable refund or replacement. Refunds, where approved, will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your bank, payment provider, or financial institution, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account after the refund has been initiated.

If the original payment method is unavailable or no longer active, Vyron Wellness may contact you to arrange an alternative refund method where permitted by applicable laws and payment regulations.

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing your order. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

Shipping charges, handling fees, taxes, or other service charges, if applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Vyron Wellness, such as the shipment of an incorrect, defective, or damaged product.

The following situations are generally not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

• Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.

• Products with broken or tampered safety seals.

• Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or negligence after delivery.

• Products returned without original packaging, labels, or proof of purchase.

• Requests submitted beyond the specified reporting period.

• Products purchased during clearance sales, promotional offers, or marked as non-returnable, unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied.

• Minor variations in product packaging, color, or design resulting from manufacturer updates that do not affect the quality or functionality of the product.

In rare circumstances where a replacement product is unavailable, Vyron Wellness reserves the right to provide a full or partial refund, issue store credit, or offer an equivalent replacement product at its sole discretion, depending on product availability and applicable consumer protection laws.

Vyron Wellness reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds where fraudulent claims, repeated abuse of the return process, or misuse of this policy is suspected. We may also decline requests that do not comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
